On behalf of an international ICT company, pzSearch is looking for an international HR manager with a background in recruitment. Recruitment and engagement in the war on talent is one of your key responsibilities. You work closely with managers globally to attract, develop and coach their teams. You coordinate global HR initiatives and arrange the 2019 training and development plan with the line managers. Help drive a cultural change program. You make people management easier for all line managers, and more interesting with the right coaching, tools and processes. You are responsible for the HR planning, including global budget and execution management. Improve HR processes by automating manual processes into 1 HR-system with an external vendor. You are passionate about HR and have a track record in attracting and developing talent with everything this requires, especially job market communication. A background in recruiting is a strong advantage. You enjoy working in a fast paced international environment and have a strong focus within an environment that requires multitasking. You have a bachelor in Human Resources, and at least 5 years' experience in HR . You have the full command of the Dutch and English. Offered is a job for 3/4 days a week within a dynamic international environment. Gross year salary 70k based on a 32 hour work week.
